📋 How to Use this Page
- Meditate (optional: use one of our meditation resources below)
- Keep track of the amount of time you meditated
- Click the link underneath the “Log Your Meditation Minutes” section
- Enter your name and at least one initial of your last name
- Make sure to use the exact same spelling for each entry to ensure that your data is properly attributed
- Enter in the number of minutes you meditated
- Press Submit
- Check out the results below
- please note that there are multiple tabs that you can browse organized by minutes, hours, month, year, person, and day, and also showing totals of individual and group meditation time
- there is also a profile/summary for each person that sums up their total meditation time
- Save this page to the Home Screen on your phone for easy daily access (see instructions)
