📋 How to Use this Page

  1. Meditate (optional: use one of our meditation resources below)
  2. Keep track of the amount of time you meditated
  3. Click the link underneath the “Log Your Meditation Minutes” section
  4. Enter your name and at least one initial of your last name
    1. Make sure to use the exact same spelling for each entry to ensure that your data is properly attributed
  5. Enter in the number of minutes you meditated
  6. Press Submit
  7. Check out the results below
    1. please note that there are multiple tabs that you can browse organized by minutes, hours, month, year, person, and day, and also showing totals of individual and group meditation time
    2. there is also a profile/summary for each person that sums up their total meditation time
  8. Save this page to the Home Screen on your phone for easy daily access (see instructions)
